OREGON HOME BUILDER OPENS NEW DEVELOPMENT IN SCAPPOOSE

SCAPPOOSE, Ore. — Oregon home builder Buena Vista Custom Homes has announced the grand opening of Jacob Park, a new neighborhood in Scappoose, Oregon.

Jacob Park features 57 homes with Buena Vista's Casa Del Sol II amenity collection. Interior elements include hard wood floors at the main entry, designer vinyl flooring in the kitchen, bath, and laundry rooms, as well as designer carpeting, and a gas fireplace. The gourmet kitchen features recessed poplar cabinets, a ceramic tile eating bar or island, as well as Whirlpool dishwasher and range.

All floor plans include a Master Bedroom with private bathroom and closet, garage, dining room, and many other features. Buyers can also select custom designer features from Buena Vista's wide array of options

The homes of Jacob Park feature 11 of Buena Vista's popular spacious floor plans. The plans range from 2,206 to 5,073 square feet. Prices start at $299,950 and of the 57 homes built in the neighborhood, 33 were sold prior to the project's Grand Opening.
