BUILDER MAGAZINE NAMES OREGON HOME BUILDER TO NATIONAL TOP BUILDER LIST

LAKE OSWEGO, Ore. - Builder Magazine announced today that Oregon home builder Buena Vista Custom Homes has made the publication’s annual list of the Nation’s top 200 builders.

“Builder” magazine is the most recognized national publication serving the building industry. The publication posts this prestigious list annually. The list is based on total closings and overall gross revenues for 2007.

Buena Vista was ranked 176th after closing 209 homes and earning $87 million in revenue for the year.

“We are thrilled to be recognized by Builder magazine. Last year was a challenging one for Builders all over the nation, and to come out of it with the kind of year that we did speaks volumes to our entire organization,” said Buena Vista owner Roger Pollock. Company Often Honored For Growth

Buena Vista has been honored the past three years by Builder Magazine as one of the top ten fastest growing builders in the nation. In 2005 the company topped the list. The company was also as recognized in 2005 by the Portland Business Journal as the fastest growing company in the state.
