Oregon’s Largest Home Builder Announces Grand Opening of Oregon City Neighborhood

Lake Oswego, Ore - Buena Vista Custom Homes announced today that it will hold a Grand Opening of its newest neighborhood, Austin’s Landing, April 12th and 13th from Noon to 6pm.

Austin’s Landing, located in Oregon City, features 18 new homes featuring floor plans that range from 1779 to 2550 square feet. Each house comes with Buena Vista’s Casa De Oro amenities package which features designer amenities such as: extensive hardwood flooring, vaulted owner’s suite, stainless steel JennAire appliances, and custom cabinetry. Prices start at $359,950.

The homes exteriors feature front and back yard landscaping with irrigation are included for each homebuyer and the development is located near established homes and neighborhoods. Austin’s Landing homes will have noticeably large lots that will provide ample parking space for households with recreational vehicles such as boats or motor homes.

The neighborhood is near Clackamas Community College and is in close proximity to grocery stores, dining, recreational activities, and museums in historic Oregon City. I-205 is also only a short distance away.

Austin’s Landing marks the first Grand Opening for Buena Vista since the company’s highly publicized auctions, in which over 200 completed homes were put on the block. The two auctions, held in December and March, resulted in 177 Portland area homes sold and $75 million generated in sales. The company has several other new projects planned for 2008
