The neighborhood has 83 homes total with 17 of Buena Vista’s popular spacious floor plans ranging from 1,779 to 4,624 square feet. Prices range from $379,950.00 to $509,950.00. The houses sit on extremely large lots, 8,000-10,000 square feet, and prior to the opening Lincoln Heights had sold 13 houses.
