OREGON HOME BUILDER ADDS BILL GROVE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM

LAKE OSWEGO, Ore. — Buena Vista Custom Homes has announced the hiring of Bill Grove as Customer Service Representative.

Grove will work as a team member on the customer service and quality assurance group. Buena Vista is well known for its excellence in building and uses a rigid 137-point quality control checklist on each of its homes, ensuring each of the 137 items exceeds standards. The customer service team examines each home prior to an initial customer walk through.

Grove has work over 24 years in the construction industry and most recently served as the Customer Service Field Manager for Lafferty Homes.
