Builder Continues Growth Despite Turbulent Market

LAKE OSWEGO, Ore.—Builder Magazine announced today that Buena Vista Custom Homes made their Fast Track list for the third consecutive year. The Builder Fast Track ranks the fastest growing builders in the US.

Buena Vista ranked 5th nationally on the magazine's list that measures the percent of gross revenue change from 2004 through 2006. The Lake Oswego based company increased gross revenues by 93 percent over the three year period. The company also saw a 221.53 percent increase in closing growth over the same time span.

It was only the third year that Buena Vista was eligible to be included on the list, because the company was formed in 2002 and Fast Track measures percent gross revenue change for three years. The first year, the homebuilder was ranked first on the Fast Track list with 1,083 percent growth revenue change and 7,300 percent in closing growth for 2002 through 2004.
